Winter 2023 Newsletter
Our winter 2023 newsletter has arrived! Heading into the last stretch of winter, we’re here for lovely news only… gorgeous interiors, a sustainable, accessibly-designed home, and our newly qualified architect, Lydia!
Good progress in Beckenham
Our Art Deco extension in Beckenham is beginning to take shape. Nice to see the brickwork curves coming together!
Finished at Overhill
We have just finished a second round of works at Overhill Road. We’ve refurbished the first floor of the house, creating two stunning new bathroom spaces. The bath sits in a newly constructed bay window that offers a stunning view of the city skyline whilst reclining in the suds. Photos to follow soon.
Windows installed at Foxgrove
The front elevation is starting to come together at Foxgrove after the Velfac window installation. Can’t wait to see it when the hoarding comes down.
Finishing touches at Oglander
The Roundhouse kitchen fitters have finished at Oglander, and we’re into the finishing details. These are part of a bespoke lighting installation using FactoryLux components. Looking forward to sharing finished photos of this one shortly.
Inching towards the finish at Sunnyhill
Having been sitting on site waiting for 6 months, it’s great to see the Peterson Tegl bricks getting installed in Streatham. The palette of brick, polished plaster and timber is starting to come together. Not long to go now…
Brick details emerging
Our woven brick details are starting to appear on our site in Beckenham.
Progress in Streatham
After the herculean effort before Christmas to get Sunnyhill out of the ground, it’s great to see the frame flying up at last.
Oglander starts on site
Oglander Road looking slightly worse for wear 1 week into the contract. Looking forward to putting it back together
Frosty glass at Shakespeare Road
The first parts of our 9m roof light and oriel window have gone in at Shakespeare Road. Looking forward to getting the rest in and the heat on!
