Shakespeare Road submitted for planning

Following the adoption of the new Lambeth Local Plan, we have submitted an application for Shakespeare Road that maximises the potential of the house.  We have prepared plans for a contemporary wrap around ground floor extension, and matching garden play room.  This is complemented with a traditional mansard roof extension to replace the existing London roof.
