Planning Permission in Chelsea

Delighted that yet another scheme has sailed through planning first time, this time in RBKC. We have designed a very lightweight glass box to sit upon the existing boundary wall, enlcosing a new extension below. The extension is part of a whole house refurbishment, including new full site basement excavation.
